Dr. Kelly Franklin is an educator and social scientist with a career spanning over 15 years in international development in Central and Southeast Asia. Her expertise is broadly centered on interactions between social and ecological systems, human geography, curriculum design and assessment, and environmental education.

Dr. Abdul Aziz Mohibbi
Dr. Mohibbi specializes in natural resource management, land use, and higher education in Afghanistan. He previously held key positions as Chancellor of Bamyan University and consultant for the Environment and Natural Resource Commission of Afghanistan's Parliament, and has over a decade of teaching experience at Kabul University.

Aoife Franklyn is an Environmental Policy, Program Development & Sustainable Food Systems Researcher and Consultant with a focus on interdisciplinary food system governance, policy-science interface, and policy coherence across the environment-agriculture-food-health nexus. Aoife has worked across Asia, Afghanistan, Africa, and the EU on national environmental policy, action research, ecosystem-based disaster risk reduction, climate change, agriculture for food & nutrition security, and environmental leadership.
